Mr. David Mitchell is the President and CEO of MCSG Technologies overseeing the company's support of federal and commercial customers, ensuring our teams have the tools and resources available to meet our customer requirements while exceeding their expectations. David started MCSG Technologies with one simple vision in mind, work hard and dedicate ourselves every single day to make our customers successful. Nearly a decade later, that focus has served our growing company well as we're "Leading the way for success".
Today, David focuses on ensuring that MCSG Technologies expands its reputation of being a highly respected, fully capable, and trusted small business by fulfilling its promise of outstanding solutions and professional services to its customers. David works alongside the leadership team seeking to understand our client’s organization and mission, as well as, their challenges and opportunities, to continuously evolve our ability to consistently deliver value-added results that lead to outstanding customer success. He leverages a highly-skilled team that employs a customer first strategy, while infusing a management approach that is grounded in quality, integrity, accountability, and teamwork.
Mr. Dale Smith is responsible for driving the profitable growth and enabling operational excellence for the corporation. Dale joined MCSG Technologies as Chief Operating Officer in July of 2017. He works across the company to set clear plans, establish priorities, allocate resources, and drive accountability. He has nearly 35 years of operations and management experience across both the United States Air Force and industry. Dale earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1983 and his Master’s Degree in Business Management from the University of La Verne in 1987. After serving 20 years in a variety of roles, to include an Electronic Warfare officer and in the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission area within the National Reconnaissance Office, National Security Agency and Air Force Space Command, Dale retired from the USAF in April 2004. Since his retirement, Dale has focused on operations management and has successfully led the capture and execution of nearly $500M in industry contracts.
Mr. Russ Swart is responsible for opening new markets and driving sales at MCSG Technologies. He leads our business acquisition process identifying and qualifying opportunities; negotiating teaming agreements; and crafting competitive proposals that drive overall revenue and strategic growth. With over 28 years of operations and acquisition experience in the Air Force and Industry, Russ brings extensive knowledge in procurement processes dealing with our nation's investments in the technologies, programs, and product support necessary to achieve its national security objectives. In an ever changing business environment, Russ is responsible for assessing market intelligence and trends while strategically capitalizing on corporate capabilities positioning MCSG Technologies for future success. Russ graduated from the University of Hawaii on an Air Force ROTC scholarship. He has Master’s Degrees in Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. After retiring from the Air Force in 2009, Russ entered the corporate world and served as the Director of Business Development at Teledyne CollaborX, USfalcon Inc., and Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies.
