Benefit Navigation and Patient Liaison Services – Coordination of patient access to Medicare, Medicaid, and other healthcare benefit programs

Clinical & Diagnostic Support Services

Laboratory and Phlebotomy Services – Blood collection, specimen handling, and diagnostic test preparation
Surgical Support – Operating room assistance, sterile field preparation, and surgical equipment handling
Pharmacy and Dental Services – Medication distribution, inventory support, and dental care assistance
Vision Services – Optical support including eyewear fittings, maintenance, and visual health coordination
Nursing Support – Clinical oversight, team coordination, and quality patient care delivery through nursing leadership

Technology, Logistics, and Facilities Support

Supply Chain and Inventory Control – Oversight of medical supply management, distribution, and inventory systems
Environmental Health Services (EVS) – Facility cleanliness, infection control, and clinical sanitation procedures
IT and Network Operation – Help desk support for over 800 users, network monitoring, ticketing systems, and LAN/WAN interface management
Support to the National Supply Service Center – Nationwide coordination of medical product logistics, procurement, and supply distribution
